Short version: OneMetro does not collect, store, or sell your personal data.
Location Data (Optional): Used only when you click "Nearest Metro Station." Your location is processed in your browser to find nearby stations — it is never sent to our servers or stored anywhere.
Analytics (Anonymous): We use Google Analytics to understand general usage (page views, city selection). This data is anonymised and cannot identify individual users.
Search Queries: Station searches may be logged anonymously in Google Analytics for improving the service. No personal information is associated with these logs.
OneMetro does not use first-party tracking cookies. Google Analytics may set anonymous cookies as per their standard policy. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers.
Google Analytics: Used for anonymous usage statistics. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
OpenStreetMap / CARTO: Used for metro map display. No personal data is shared with these services.
Since we do not store personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have privacy concerns, contact us at hello@onemetro.in.
If we make significant changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of OneMetro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
